Retrieving deleted iMessage from icloud
I accidentally deleted iMessages from a friend can I retrieve this with hooking up to a computer

Messages are stored in an iPhone backup if you created a backup while the messages were present. Otherwise, the messages cannot be retrieved.
If you had such a backup, restore it as shown here:
