If the e-mail did not address you with your full name, it's 100% scam.
Apple has your info on file and will address you with your full name and not with
Dear Customer, Dear Client, Dear your_email_address or something similar.
You can send it to Apple then delete the post: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
