How to remove icloud activation lock

Yes, yes and yes I am completely aware that it is somewhat "impossible" to remove the activation lock without the previous owner's apple ID but please, I'm really desperate and I've tried almost everything!!! I even took the time calling Apple Support for help but it was no help.

If anyone has a way...ANY way please let me know.
