What happens when you try?

Have you tried plugging it into power?

Is the battery charged?

Have you tried rebooting it? Hold down the home and power/sleep buttons together for 10 or 15 seconds or until the Apple logo shows up. Release the buttons and wait for it to reboot.

When it was on last, was the battery level good? What iPad is it? How old is it?
