Question: keyboard not working

After installing the updates for macOS High Sierra, the keyboard stop working (space bar). Has anybody faced this problem? How can I solve it? Could it be the keyboard is done? I installed another keyboard, and I was able to work with it.

iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)

If another keyboard works, then there is a pretty good chance that one has a bad space bar.


One way to check, is to connect the keyboard with the bad space bar to another Mac.
