Why won’t my iPhone 6s plus let me download or updates apps, or download music?

When I go to download something in the app store, i put in my password then the “done” check mark pops up but then a few seconds later it asks me to put in my password in again... I don’t know how to fix this!! Can anyone help me?

What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID email address or password - https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using.
