Cannot access “View Apple ID” when not connected to WiFi?

I tried multiple times to access “View Apple ID,“ in order to cancel a app subscription. I was told that it could only be done while my iPhone 6s Plus (iOS 11.5) was connected to Wi Fi... Turns out this is wrong, and it is easily accomplished without going through the multiple permutations provided online. Simply go to your cellular settings, and turn on cellular data for “Settings“ in the alphabetical list. To view your Apple ID, Settings must have a way to connect to the Interne. Giving it cellular data access to do so resolves the problem. Good day!
