Help with my IPhone 6 section under “settings” then I try and tap on the section with my name and under my name shows Apple ID, ICloud, iTunes and it will not go to those settings. It is not lit up either.

iPhone 6, iOS 11.2.6

Do you have Settings > General > Restrictions > Accounts (in the 'allow changes' section) set to Don't Allow Changes ? If you do change it to Allow Changes
