problem final cut pro project is not sharp when it playing. only when it standing still

If you click "View" at the top right of the Viewer, you can choose Better Quality or Better Performance.
With better quality you get a sharper picture, but (depending on the footage and nature of your project etc) your mac may struggle to play it back without dropping frames.
