Trouble signing in to iMessage after getting a new computer
I recently got a newer MacBook Air, switching up from an older model, and I am having trouble signing in to iMessage on my new computer. I have already reinstalled the OS on the old computer, however I did not sign out of iMessage before I did so. Now whenever I try to sign in on either computer it gives me the message(s) "an error occurred during authentication".
I have already tried the options like changing the date and time and updating software. I doubt resetting the PRAM would work since it is happening on both computers. What options do I have left?
