I cannot change my Apple ID country/region. I have no subscriptions or store credit. What do I do?
I used to live in South Africa. I now live in The Netherlands. Recently the card I used for my Apple ID has expired. I now need to change my payment information, but Apple won't allow me to change my region. I have no active subscriptions and no store credit. How can I change my country settings?
