I just got an iphone 7 and none of my apple ID’s are working. so i made a new one and now it keeps saying apple ID is locked. when i go through the steps it tells me to i end up at this page where i have to change my password. it is a endless cycle.

Problem with Apple ID I bought a second-hand iPhone XR over a month ago. At first glance it was ok.
