random application switching

Over the last two weeks programs on my MBP has been losing focus.

Example I'll be in Spark (email) and then all the sudden it will disappear but still be the active application in use. It will just be behind Chrome or finder or what other applications I am running.

It has done this with Chrome, Terminal, Spark and other apps.

Any idea what could be causing this?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, 2 TBT3), iOS 10.1.1

Focus switches to Finder every 15 - 20 seconds on iMac Hi, I have a weird problem that just started happening. Every 15-20 seconds or so the active window focus goes from whatever app window I'm using to the Finder. Ex. I'm typing this post and every 15-20 seconds the Finder becomes active instead of Safari so what I'm typing doesn't show and I need to click in this box to be able to type again. I have no other apps or windows open or running and have removed (not just hidden) all login items under system preferences/users and groups/login items. I'm on an: IMac 2019 Catalina v 10.15.4 Any suggestions as to what may be causing this? Thanks, Craig

Finder forcing focus I just restarted my Mac and now the Finder keeps grabbing focus every few minutes. I see where others have complained of this problem but I have seen no solution whatsoever. The suggestion is to restart, but the problem started after a restart! It doesn't matter what application I'm in, Finder will grab focus. I've been in Safari, Chrome, Pages, Mail, and iMove and had this issue. What the heck is going on here???

Screen/apps change randomly when working in them Just recently started experiencing apps will randomly change when I am working in them. Ex. I will open up a Chrome browser or Microsoft Word (not full screen or a second desktop) and it will randomly switch to another app (like my email or the finder that I also have open). It doesn't minimize or hide the screen because I can see it when I use my Mission Control hot corner. It's almost as if the computer is using 'Command-tab' on its own very quickly. Seems to happen more frequently when I just open or change my focus to a new app, but I have also experienced it randomly after I've already seen it happen when I opened the app. I have a MacBook Pro 2018 with the latest Mojave 10.14.6 Any ideas? Could it be the keyboard keys or software issue?
