I have been purchasing TV shows and Movies from iTunes for years to download and watch on my Windows PC. If I purchase Apple TV, will I be able to stream all of the shows and movies I have purchased over the years using the Apple TV device?

Apple TV will ask for the Apple ID account and present purchased content linked to that account in Movies on the Apple TV. Besides that, connecting Apple TV to the computer (with Home Sharing on, and the same Apple ID) will link all the compatible videos from iTunes.

Thanks! That's great news. I'm finding iTunes for Windows is not providing near the quality viewing experience that it used to even compared to streaming Netflix on my BluRay player. I'm considering a streaming device and considering I do have so many purchases with iTunes it just makes sense to be looking at Apple TV. Thanks again!
