Change Apple-ID on Facebook on iPhone 5S software version: iOS 11.2.6

IPhone 5S/iOS 11.2.6

My wife gave me her iPhone when she iPhoneupgraded but we didn’t follow the procedure to change the Apple-ID but I have now created my own Apple-ID and everything is ok except Facebook which still shows up as my wife’s profile. How can I change this on my IPhone and add my own Apple-ID to Facebook without affecting my wife’s profile?
