Mac App Store doesn’t download El Capitan

So I’ve got 2009 year IMac and I am trying to update it to Sierra. I’ve allready updated it to 10.6.8 from 10.3.3. And i need to download and install El Capitan to go higher. But when i am trying to download El Capitan from App store, it’s not working. I’ve tried to download anything else. And there is the same problem. Seems like App store is not loading fully. I just press button “get”...and nothing happens.

Do i need to update something to make it working?
