Please help

I am trying to set up an account for my niece but I do not receive a verification email from iTunes. Been trying for a day now please help.

First things to check:

  • can you receive any mail at all at this email?
  • did you already check Spam and Deleted folder (there may be some mail rules set up and email simply doesn't stick in inbox).

If you're totally sure you've submitted the correct email during the registration, and the mail is not there, try resetting the password using this page: https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin
