If you only opened the link but did not enter anything then you can probably just close the link and forget it. In opening the link you may have notified the spanners they successfully reached your address but if you didn't enter anything then that's all they got (you may possibly receive more spam). Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it. You can forward as an attachment by going to Mail/Message/Forward as attachment.
