There are many types of "lock":

If your iphone is carrier locked, only the carrier can unlock it (if you qualify). Nobody here can help you.

If the iphone is disabled or you forgot the passcode to enter:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If it has activation lock, only the original owner can unlock it, using his credentials.

If you are the original owner, and you can proove it with the receipt or invoice, you can contact an Apple store (bringing iphone and proof of purchase) and they will help you.
