webcam not working

webcam dosen't work on Mac Pro, so that all Apps using webcam won't start. How to fix?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

I still cannot use my camera after doing all of the processes, I have a 2016 Mac Book Pro 13in. My camera does not work for all apps is there anything I can do to fix this? I have done most processes that I have found, like typing the command on terminal, resetting, checking security & permissions, and screentime. If someone could help that would help a lot.

Hi,

Open Terminal.app and type:

sudo killall VDCAssistant

Hi kaz-k,

Tried, but didn't work. still can't launch webcam related apps like Skype.
