I erase My Mac Mini but it unplugged before it ended. Now it does´t start. How can I solve it?

It´s a Mac Mini without cd, It had a high sierra beta installed.

I erase de disk first, but then I unplugged it by mistake and it doesn´t start any more... It has like a forbidden sign instead of the apple.
