Question: find my iphone status on device is wrong

when erasing/restoring an iPhone from iTunes, iTunes doesn't ask you to sign off from your find my phone account.

after restore is done, while in activation stage, the activation info collected from the device has the field: "FMiPAccountExists" is set to false!

for example:

<key>ActivationRequestInfo</key>

<dict>

<key>ActivationRandomness</key>

<string>3B8E93E5-5956-46BA-A4D8-C6B5BDA0EFDA</string>

<key>ActivationState</key>

<string>Unactivated</string>

<key>FMiPAccountExists</key>

<false/>

</dict>

of course the account is still exists and enabled, and you can see that the device is still listed via iCloud and the activation server ask you for your credentials in order to pass the activation lock / find my iphone.

so my question is, why the device "thinks" that it is not connected to a find my iphone account in this stage?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2.5
