My screen is jumping when I scroll. What is it? How can I fix it?

I recently noticed that when scrolling the screen is jumping, especially when I try to hold it in one spot. It also clicks on random things when I don’t want it to. Please help. I haven’t dropped it lately or anything

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6

It's really difficult to diagnose your issue remotely.

The best thing to do is to take your device to your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have it checked. Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
