why does my camera take pictures like this?!

I’m using an iPhone 6 and for some reason pictures of lights always turn out like this . Anything I can do to fix this? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks :)

Fix for 13 Pro Max Camera Missing Detail Is there a fix for the camera not capturing all the details in night time photos? I took pictures of my house Christmas Lights and a surprising number of them show unlit when in fact they are lit. Using video it is not subject to this problem. The still pictures should be likewise ok.
