macbook pro 2012 panic report

Hi

My Macbook 13" 2,5 i5 shows a screen with rectangular fields of blue lines all over the screen, then beeps three times and restarts with no further problems. Has done this once in a while.

I have changed the drive to an ssd recently but now it's here again.

I understand it can be the gpu, ram and/or cpu as in this report.

Can any of you tell me what this means?
