I have a iPhone 5s OS 11.2.6 and this phone was given to me sense i cant delete GC and re install it I can’t update it bc it still has the person priors email wven doing a complete reset on it help!!!!

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that the previous owner is still signed into Game Center on your iPhone 5s and you're unable to sign in. I can surely see how this could be concerning. I'm happy to help.
Since the previous owner's Apple ID is still shown in Game Center, it's possible they're still signed in to other accounts. I recommend making sure the previous owner has followed the steps in the section "If you no longer have your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" in the link below:
