Tunes Available Only Available in Some Stores

For ages now I have been purchasing a particular french artist in the US store. Now, since Christmas, the only album this artist has made is a Christmas Album. So I go to the french store and find more albums there than I ever found in the US store. All I need is a false French address to purchase these albums -- so what's the bug with the www?
