After a full restore Apple Tv is ok, but Airplay refuse to work. Trying several times to reset, restore, changed id, pasword, wifi, ethernet, used hotspot from iPhone, Android, nothing good happened. All working but Airplay is not!

I have found this is related to the fact that they won't activate. Look in settings > General > About> scroll down and mine says "failed" next to activation. Evidently AirPlay won't work if it's not activated. It seems others are having this same issue. I haven't found a working solution.
It is not properly connected to the network
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network)
If on wifi try Ethernet
Make sure router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)
Test on another network
Again you can believe what you want, but what was stated was a fact. I have owned every model Apple TV without issue and it is working fine for the majority with any such reports being rectified by proper troubleshooting which results in finding a cause within the network.
I don't know what happened, now is working. I tried several times all kind of settings since monday, nothing. In this morning "activating failed" desappear and Airplay is working again!
Same thing happened to me. I reset my Apple TV last night; now my iPhone won't recognize it at all. I don't know what to do

No, if you had actually read what I posted above I stated that it's due to it not being properly connected to the network and suggestions were given.
I checked all that and everything looked right. Appreciate your help, but the person I replied to seemed to just have to wait it out unaware of how it was actually fixed
That is not a solution, again this happens when there is an issue with the network. If the underlying cause is not rectified it will happen again. But you can do as you wish.
Don't think so. Feels more personal. My Apple TV has gradually gotten worse and worse over the years
Works now! Just had to wait it out. Apple doing what it wants
Has nothing to do with Apple, and it will reappear again as already stated.
