Unshallowed Homebrew by mistake. Any way to Undo That?

I don't know nearly enough about the command line, and don't know how to undo this. If I uninstall Homebrew, using the instructions at docs (dot) brew (dot) sh (slash) faq, that will also uninstall all the tools I've installed using Homebrew. I need those tools.

Marja,

Well, I am not going to uninstall Homebrew here to see if it also uninstalls everything that I have installed with it.

However, if uninstalling it did not clear out /usr/local/Cellar, then you can just reinstall the homebrew package manager, and follow it with brew update, and brew upgrade, and finally brew cleanup. Do a brew list to see if it remembers what you have installed.
