Do I use the apple charger for my 2016 MacBook Pro C or my charger for my new LG 38UC99-W 38-Inch 21:9 Curved UltraWide QHD monitor?

2016 Powerbook Pro C - 15"

MacBookPro13,3

16 GB Ram

1T SS Apple HD

2.9 GHz Intel Core i7

Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

OS 10.13.1

new - LG 38UC99-W 38-Inch 21:9 Curved UltraWide QHD+ IPS Monitor

Which power supply should I use? Apples' or LGs' ? or Both?

I read that the LG power supply will not be sufficient and it will slow down the computers speed.

Is this true?

Or am I better to use two 34" LG monitors? This is for CAD & 3-D work I do.

No. The maximum performance can be fully met just on battery power. If it needs more current it will just draw it from the battery.

Anyways, you don't want it operating on maximum performance continuously. Eventually it will have to back off.

I work with very large CAD files 200Gb-600Gb and a few larger than that. I need all the power I can get. I have always kept my MBP plugged into my charger for CAD and 3-D files and never have had a battery start to back off until it was about two years old.
With the new 38" LG monitor a user posted that the monitor C port plugged to the USB C port on my MBP, I would loose some speed and it would be slower charging my MBP battery or iPhone if plugged to it also.

USB C port allows up to 5± devices connected to one USB-C port......but in theory you can connect 127 devices but will probably run out of power before powering up all of them.

My question is still "do I need to keep my 87W Apple Power Supply connected to my MBP-C to get the full power (speed) operating my new LG 38" monitor or will I loose speed because the monitor itself cannot provide but 60W maximum instead of the 87Watts apple supplies?"
