You might want to practice is a little discretion in the future with regard to selfies and how you allow yourself to be photographed by others.
Hi josh_anderson,
First, completely delete the unwanted picture/s from your iPhone: go to Photos > then Camera Roll > select the picture/s and delete > now go back to the Photos “Album” section > scroll down and select “Recently Deleted” > tap on the unwanted picture > tap delete > tap delete photo. (now it’s gone for good on your iPhone)
Now follow these steps:
Go to Settings > tap iCloud > scroll down, tap Storage & Backup > tap Manage Storage > select your iPhone’s backup > now turn off the Camera Roll switch> go back to Storage & Backup and select “Backup Now”
This last step should “overwrite” your latest Backup and delete the current pictures on iCloud. But keep in mind, that it is unknown how long iCloud takes to permanently delete its pictures. There is, I believe, nothing faster you can do. I hope this helps! :)
