I am all over the Apple website and even into the store location and have yet to see Genius Bar reservations. And i keep geeing send back to the starting points on the site maps.I just wanted to see and speak to someone concerning my mail app. Guess i may need to just show up!

Contact Apple Support MAY end up with an option for Genius Bar

Starting on the Apple Store webpage MAY also offer that option, if Apple's triage deems it appropriate
