When I try to update my apps it says that my Apple ID is disabled

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link.
Firstly if it says Disabled for "Security reasons"

Then follow the steps above.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue then head to Settings>Itunes & App Store>Tap your Appleid, sign out of your appleid and sign back in
Assuming these steps do not revolve the issue contact apple support, it sometimes needs to be removed on their side.
