My BeatsX can't connect to my Windows 10 computer.

My BeatsX is shown of "Other Devices",I need some help

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I understand your issue is your Beats are not being recognized on your PC.
Have you checked to make sure the Firmware is up to date?
Update the firmware of your Beats product
Have you ensured that you have updated your PC with all the latest Windows updates?
