View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - https://support.apple.com/HT202039 - "Learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal." "If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew."

Regular deductions from the account are only as subscriptions unless you are making regular purchase yourself or somebody else is. Are you the organizer for a Family Sharing group? If you are then purchases made by others will not show up in your purchases or subscriptions list but you will get charged. Ask others in the family.
