Why do ads show Apple Watches with faces that don't exist?

I have an Apple Watch Series 1 running 4.2.6 and I want better faces. Face it (no pun intended), Android Wear offers hundreds of faces, most of which look like real, analogue faces as opposed to an electronic representation.

Here's an add for "The Bumper" with an awesome looking watch face I have never seen before. While still not looking like a real, 3 dimensional watch face (again... Android Wear does it better. time to fix this.), it's still pretty great. This is NOT the first time I have seen an analogue face not available on ANY Apple Watch. How do I get this face or others like it?
