I start the computer and press the command + option + p + r and when the second start sound sounds, I release them, then it goes back to the apple with progress bar screen, the progress bar goes all the way to the end but it stays there for a long time.
Try to restart in Recovery Mode (Command + R) and reinstall Mac OS and see if it will boot. If it does not you need to take it to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for service.
Reset the NVRAM per How to reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support and if that does not work restart Safe Mode per Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support .
Thank you very Much, I did that and it went back to the apple with progress bar screen.
Sergiodo,
Are you saying the NVRAM worked or that it did not work? If it did not work, restart in Safe Mode.
Then restart it n Safe Mode .
I really appreciate your time, but it doesn't want to respond to those commands.
What can I do?
You have to hold down the Shift Key, sometimes as long as 5 minutes.
I really appreciate your time, I just kept it pressed for 15 minutes and it went back to the apple screen with the progress bar.
