No GPS working
No GPS with WiFi + Share My Location is on in my iPad With iOS 11. But my iPhone shown GPS with iOS 9. I check the settings, two device are same, but still no works in iPad! Why?

First, make sure that you've set the date, time, and time zone correctly on your iPad. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. If possible, use Set Automatically. If the issue persists try restarting your iPad. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
