Thanks for reaching out! You can request a refund directly from Apple by visiting https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have any trouble doing so, reach out to us at hello@lingokids.com and we will help you right away!
You must contact Apple directly in order to request the refund. Apple asks for your verification when signing up for a trial subscription. If the trial is not canceled, the subscription is automatically renewed.
