Loss of contacts

iPhone 4, not updated, not on internet therefore not on cloud lady has deleted Her contacts, is there any way of recovering them ?

If there is no iTunes or iCloud backup, you might try this:

Go to Settings > Contacts > Import SIM Contacts.

Let us know if it works.
