What have you tried so far to see if you can get it to download ? Have you checked to see if there are other downloads (e.g. apps or other media) that are stuck that you need to finish first, tried disconnecting and reconnecting to your network, deleting and retrying downloading it, logging out and back into your account, closing the iTunes Store app via the iPhone's taskbar, doing a soft-reset/reboot of the phone ?
What happened was that I purchased the song but instead of downloading it went back to the $1.29 so I tried to buy it from another album. That stared to download but when I checked later it was purchased but waiting to download. What I can’t understand is why it downloaded to my other stuff and not this phone😳 I’ll try everything you suggested and let you know if the phone and the window are introduced😏 thanks for help.
