iTunes download

I’ve been trying to download a song I bought on iTunes since last night, it keeps showing me Wait. The song has downloaded on my iPad Pro and an old iPhone 5 but it’s not on my 8+. I love the phone but I’m ready to throw it out the window 🙄 any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
