I can not update any apps as it states my payment methote is not supported but its the same one i have been using since i bought the phone please someone any one help before i can not use my phone any more?

What is or isn't accepted by iTunes can change over time. Have you tried removing the card and re-entering its details from scratch, or tried a different card, or tried just removing it (if you can remove it you should be able to download app updates) : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Since the new update it states my payment method is not valid but its the same one one i have been using since i bought my phone can some one please help me or report it as i am unable to do so HELP
