Will one application be deleted in one device in case it deleted in another with the same ID

I have two devices with the same ID. I know that is I’ll add an application to one device it will be automatically downloaded to another.

And if I delete one application in the first device - will be the same application be deleted in the second one?

Nope. And I don't think it will be automatically downloaded either, unless you've observed that behavior.
