An app subscription that can not be removed

Hi , I downloaded an app named “Featured of Wallpapers” (a premium app) and immediatelly removed it. However it is now stuck in my subscriptions without the ability to remove. It is a paid app. I tried to remove it according to insctructions provided, both in the IPAD Pro setting and in the iTunes store. The option doesn’t seem to exist.

In the IPAD setting I press account>manage and can see the app but there is no options to edit/cancel the subcription. It seems like a parasite app.

I would very much appreciate advice on this matter.
