Apple icon and lading bar full. but Macbook pro wont start.

I’ve been having tris issue since yesterday 3/8/18. I tried powering on my MacBook and it indeed turns on but all it shows is the Apple icon and the loading bar (full) it does not start up. I’ve called tech support, he walked me through a couple of options but unfortunately no response from the device. Can anyone help?
