Safari has been hi jacked with a fake apple support site and phone#, it sometimes trows it to a random site but mostly this one encouraging me to call

iMac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Possible Security Breach my IPhone 11 just locked up in Safari with a security breach notification. It says IOS security crash and call 888-601-**** to connect to apple technical support.
