Question: iMessage isnt working

Hey there,

i'm really struggling to sign into my Apple ID to connect with my Mac so i can use iMessage and FaceTime, these both worked fine before then all of a sudden crashed.

I cant sign back onto my Apple ID now my phone isnt activating iMessage and FaceTime and its taking longer than usual. Please Help.
