2017 MacBook pro won't load web pages.

I have bought a MacBook Pro (2017) just a few days ago, it connected to the internet perfectly fine and it also works at school but now it is connecting to my Wi-Fi and letting me use one app (spotify, I'm not on premium and it is behaving like nothing is wrong) but it won't load the app store or iTunes or Safari. I don't know computer talk but I really need it to work as I have VCE to study for.

Deselect Proxies, if selected.

System Preference > Network > Advanced > Proxies Tab

Unlock the lock if you have to.

Under "Select Protocol”, uncheck any box if check marked.

Click "OK" then "Apply”.
