I got curious about Russian language versions - your latter one looked "old style" to me

I rarely use the FlagBadge - if I know the PathName change I need to make, that is - it seems that "Manage Your Apple ID" page's country is NOT in the URL, but some other method (cookie?) - change only by using the FlagBadge at bottom right of the page.
My guess is that if a Russian was already using Apple.com, they would be presented with Russian language even with the "plain" URL
I change to Russian and back again resulting in no change to the URL below
